An opportunity now exists for an experienced Support team member / Installer to join our Brisbane based Queensland Client Services team. For information on the position please contact our Brisbane office on 1300 738 324
This position will involve –
Working directly with customers – providing software and hardware support both on-site and over the phone
Installation of PC Software and POS Hardware.
Training clients on operation and use of software.
Travel throughout Australia.
The ideal candidate should possess the following –
A reasonable understanding of PC Hardware and Windows OS
Experience with Point-of-sale and Inventory solutions
A strong work ethic, the ability to work autonomously and multi task
Excellent communication and organisation skills
A strong focus on customer service
Reliable vehicle with current drivers licence
In addition to this, working experience with our Future software, FuturePOS, Quest Registers or other point-of-sale packages, as well as a hospitality background will be highly regarded
